The Grooming Room
At Mucky Pups we work one on one with the pets in our care. When you pet gets dropped off the pampering begins, so they know our groomers start and finish the whole groom, there is no waiting around.
We have individual work stations with all the equipment needed to provide the best service possible. The salon is a clean, calm environment full of kisses and cuddles, they are treated like our own.
After each pet all equipment is cleaned and sterilised making sure all pets are safe in our care.
Reception
This is the room our customers will be most familiar with, with all our certificates on display for you to view and a small retail selection of toys, clothing and dog colognes. We use a computer system for all appointments, this sends you your text appointment reminders as well! We have dog scales that your more than welcome to use, and advise always on hand if you ask
Bathing Area
We are lucky enough to have a state of the art hydro-bath for our Mucky Pups.
This is a luxury treatment for both us groomers and dogs, warm water at the ready we can give your pets a relaxing bath, why not add on our luxury lavender wraps for an extra pampering!
The pressured water penetrate coats and increases blood circulation all over your pets coat, an added health benefit to grooming!
The Kennel Room
Fully air conditioned, a safe calm space for your dogs to wait to be picked up. Clean bedding is placed in each kennel and fresh water available at all times. These pictures don’t do the size justice – they are huge, there is plenty of room for even a German Shepherd to lie down comfortably.
